MY LAST SUBMISSION OF 2012!<Please Full-view!>
... And this is lovely Helena Harper from Resident Evil 6!
The little creature peeking out from behind the chair is none other than ~
FluffinglyFluff's trademark/avatar. c:
I'm glad that he chose such a great character to work with.
He was super patient about this commission too. Especially seeing as I took FOREVER to complete it (started in like August).
Thanks for being so patient and awesome, Mr.Fluff! :V
I had fun drawing this one!

More pinups:

There's actually something called "escher" girls though. I guess this would qualify. It's a type of pinup where the boobs and butt are exaggerated so that both can be seen--even if that involves contorting proportions. example: [link]
I'll go have a look!
It goes without saying that the anatomy is worth drooling over, but I've gotta say, the semi-monochrome coloring (I say semi since there's still a bit of pink tint on the chair) is a nice touch. Gives it a sort of Noir type feel to it, which is a nice change of pace since your stuff is normally bursting with color. It actually lent itself pretty well to this picture, since Resident Evil's always been a darker series. The subtle lighting coming through the window is a nice effect too. It's just enough to give the impression of light peeking in the window, without being overpowering. Especially since lighting can be a whole different ballgame for the monochrome type pics.
I'm rambling now though. Needless to say, this turned out freaking awesome! Your skills in drawing sexy ladies are as sharp as ever!
The black and white thing was kind of inadvertent, but I'm glad it turned out okay. Glad you like it, too!
I actually had the whole thing fully coloured and detailed underneath the black and white -- but it didn't look right and everything looked WAY too dark (like darker than Resident Evil's colour-scheme) so I scrapped it and dropped the colour layer to like 5% opacity.
Could'a saved myself an hour or two just avoiding the colouring stage alltogether!
