A parody of "THE BIRTH OF VENUS" by Sandro Botticelli.
Ain't she purdy? hahaha

I'm studying second-year Art History in college this semester, and it's extremely boring, so this was the horrible, horrible result of my being bored. Figured I should scar some of you for life, just for the shits and giggles. >;D

The lovely face that you see here is that of Frida Kahlo, a famous European/Mexican painter who was known almost as much for her caterpillar unibrow as she is for her artwork.

Happy new year!!

~pickletoez's freaky ESP Story:
because wants me to post it: lol

I woke up one day and Mel wandered into my room, like she always does. We started yammering on about random things, like we usually do, and eventually the topic deviated onto the weird dreams we had the preceeding night. Mine was odd, and I can't recall it completely, but I remember that in my dream I was trying to navigate my way through some weird theme park, and there was a very ugly-looking painter lady chasing after me.
Beginning to describe my dream to Mel, and right about when I got to the part about the "ugly painter", Mel chimed:

"WAS IT FRIDA KAHLO?!", cutting me off.

... The scary thing is, it WAS Frida Kahlo. So after a full minute of dumbstruck silence, I said, "YES HOW DID YOU KNOW THAT?!"

Lucky Guess, and true story. I kid you not.
